This is not just moving pallets—this is a role for someone who understands inventory accuracy, documentation, and doing it right the first time. What You’ll Do Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality Operate forklifts (electric double rider) to move materials safely Perform accurate scans and maintain real‑time inventory recordsApply FIFO and ensure proper material flow Prepare and verify outgoing shipments (counts, labels, documentation) Cross‑check Bills of Lading and shipment details Maintain clean, organized warehouse space Support inventory organization and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 3+ years of forklift experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience with shipping and receiving processes Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) What Success Looks Like Shipments go out accurately and on time Inventory is clean and reliable Materials are stored correctly and easy to locate The warehouse stays organized and audit‑ready About Flexcraft Flexcraft is a family‑owned manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience and a growing nationwide presence.
