Snowflake Data Engineer

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Snowflake Data Engineer (Informatica) to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. Job Title : Snowflake Data Engineer (Informatica) Job ID : 112362 Position Type : Full-time Location : San Antonio / Plano, TX or Phoenix, AZ – Onsite Role/Responsibilities Strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake‑based cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud) Deep proficiency in advanced SQL, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Data Vault), incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake. Experience designing scalable, production‑grade ELT pipelines, implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools, and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake, version control (Git), and DevOps‑driven deployment practices is required. Demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
