Job #: 147924 Title: Software Engineer-Developer 3 Location: Chantilly, VA Salary Range: 64.25 Position: Software Engineer Description: ENG- The Software Engineer - Developer supports the design, development, and sustainment of full-stack software solutions within an agile, cloud-based environment. This role focuses on building user interfaces and integrating distributed system components while following modern DevSecOps and Agile methodologies. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop features, and deliver scalable software solutions supporting data-driven mission systems. Responsibilities include coding, testing, troubleshooting, and demonstrating software capabilities to stakeholders. Requirements: #Job Details *Facility Type: Engineering / Systems Support *Aircraft Worked: DoD/Military *Job Duration: Not Available *Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) *Tools: Not Required *Pay Rate: Not Available #Education & Job Requirements *Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. *3+ years of experience designing and developing software for complex systems (e.g., distributed systems, multi-threaded and multi-process applications). *3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming. *Experience with distributed version control systems such as GitHub or IBM Rational Team Concert. *Must be a U.S. Citizen. #Job Duties & Functions *Perform software development tasks, including detailed design, coding, and testing of features and user stories. *Analyze customer requirements and ensure software implementations meet functional needs. *Develop and sustain new and existing applications while troubleshooting and resolving software issues. *Design and develop front-end user interfaces integrated with cloud-based systems. *Contribute to distributed system components aligned with future system architecture. *Collaborate with UX teams and cross-functional stakeholders on large-scale systems. *Present software designs and demonstrate functionality to peers and stakeholders. *Support Agile and DevSecOps processes for software development and delivery. #Physical Requirements & Environment *Successful completion of training is required as a contingency for this assignment (OJT or formal classroom training). *Regular and predictable attendance is required. #TeamGlobal Benefits *Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), and more! *TG Rewards Program *Employee Referral Program Job Type: Temporary Post Date: 04/13/2026
