Job Summary The Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Software Engineer to help build high-visibility, enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. There is a strong emphasis on full-stack development, specifically .NET, React, and Message Systems. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, you'll help drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities. Work Location This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in‑person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open. Responsibilities & Qualifications .NET & REST expertise microservices experience React & React Hooks Familiarity with API specification and practices Automated unit, integration, and regression testing CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions Practical Experience With One Or More Of The Following: Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.) Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred) Event driven design. (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus) Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $96,842 - $121,053. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
