Background: Finance / Banking Function of the Group: The Wizards team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, stability, and operational readiness of WBA digital microapps with a strong focus on backend services.
Development and maintenance of microapps and digital online banking.
Application maintenance Production support Root-cause analysis Performance tuning
API Development combined with Agile/Scrum practices (backlog, sprint planning, PI Execution) Incident Management
Defect Triage
Stability engineering
Handling vulnerabilities/maintenance alongside feature delivery
Integration across digital banking domains
