Strategic Program Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish) | Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Remote) Overview Seeking a Strategic Program Manager to translate corporate strategy into executable programs for a global fintech and payments orchestration leader. This individual will lead cross‑functional delivery initiatives, manage strategic programs, and drive measurable operational and financial results across enterprise‑scale clients in the payments and travel/hospitality sectors. Key Focus Areas Manage multi‑workstream strategic programs aligned to business goals Lead program planning, execution, financial oversight, and risk management Partner cross‑functionally with leadership, delivery, finance, and technology teams Deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, delivery efficiency, and program profitability Engage with executive‑level stakeholders, including airline and hospitality clients Experience & Skills Required 5+ years in delivery, program, or professional services management 2–3+ years in fintech/payments (preferably orchestration platform, gateway/PSP, or acquirer background) Hands‑on experience in enterprise integrations, tokenization, APMs, risk/fraud tooling, routing, and settlement flows Background supporting airline or hospitality industry clients preferred Proven track record delivering large‑scale, global programs or migrations Strong situational leadership and executive presence (comfortable with C‑level workshops and escalations) Bilingual in English and Spanish Technical fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, observability, and GCP/cloud environments Proficiency in Agile/iterative delivery, Jira/Confluence, Asana, and risk management Familiarity with PCI/SOC 2; PMP/CSM a plus Success Metrics On‑time go‑live rate and customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) Service utilization, delivery margin, and forecast accuracy Portfolio throughput and delivery quality Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Mostly Remote) Travel: 20–25% (onsite customer sessions, partner visits, team offsites) #J-18808-Ljbffr
