Structured Finance Mid-Level Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Responsibilities Represent domestic and foreign banks in warehouse lending. Handle structured repurchase transactions involving commercial real estate loans. Work with RMBS, CMBS, CLO bonds, and repack securities. Requirements Three to six years of structured finance experience. Strong deal experience at a law firm. Admission to the North Carolina State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Skills Proficiency in structured finance and related legal practices. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
