Position Responsibilities: Build relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources (HR) to design and drive effective recruitment strategies, serving as the primary contact for both external and internal talent, as the Talent Acquisition Recruiter Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business’s hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent Analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and posting positions Exhibit a customer service-oriented approach with experience managing high-volume field, exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development Other duties as assigned Required Experience and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
