Overview We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategies within the corporate management sector. In this role, you will take full ownership of the hiring lifecycle from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations. You will partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with our organizational growth goals. Responsibilities End-to-End Hiring: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job advertisements, sourcing, conducting interviews, and finalizing employment offers. ATS Management: Maintain precise candidate records and track pipeline metrics using our Applicant Tracking System. Campus & Early Career Outreach: Establish and cultivate relationships with universities and colleges to fuel our entry-level talent pipelines. Hiring Events: Organize, coordinate, and represent the organization at career fairs, networking functions, and specialized recruiting events. Strategic Partnership: Consult with hiring managers to analyze staffing demands and implement targeted sourcing plans for both technical and non-technical vacancies. Contingent Workforce: Oversee contract placements and temporary staffing solutions to address immediate, project-based workforce needs. Digital Sourcing: Utilize advanced internet sourcing techniques, professional networks, and social media platforms to engage passive talent. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to employment regulations, labor laws, and internal hiring policies. Required Qualifications Demonstrated background in full-cycle recruitment and proficiency navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Deep understanding of modern staffing methodologies and talent acquisition best practices. Direct experience handling both technical recruitment and contract/contingent staffing. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing university recruitment initiatives and large-scale hiring events. Background in workforce planning and managing temporary staffing vendors. Relevant industry credentials (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or equivalent recruitment certifications). Previous experience recruiting specifically within corporate management or enterprise-level environments. Advanced expertise in digital sourcing strategies and social media headhunting. Core Competencies Pipeline & Database Management: Mastery of ATS tools and modern staffing solutions is vital for maintaining organized candidate records and moving prospects efficiently through the hiring funnel. Outreach & Networking: Strong capabilities in campus recruitment and event coordination allow you to represent our brand effectively and capture the interest of emerging professionals. Specialized & Flexible Staffing: Technical expertise and contract management skills ensure you can pivot quickly between niche technical roles and agile, temporary staffing needs.
