As a Business Analyst you will engage with non-technical customers to elicit and document business requirements, work with technical experts and developers to translate those business requirements into technical solutions utilizing modern technologies in the cloud.What you need is a positive attitude, the ability to work with others in a team environment, and a well rounded skill set that supports the following.Support business team in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.Construct test scripts.Run and facilitate quality and user acceptance testing.Document test results in attractive and functional reports.Maintain thorough documentation of relevant business processes, procedures, points of contact, and related information.Develop user manuals, how-to document, and training curriculums.Conduct end user training and support functions related to systems developed from business requirements.Support end user customers as needed for system developed from business requirements.Ability to speak English fluently and communicate clearly in both written and spoken word is critical.Must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems with limited information, oversight, or direction from leadership.Must be able to gather and document business requirements and support technical experts in translating them into attractive and functional software solutions.Must have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Notation.International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certification a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
