This role involves developing a product vision through user research and serving as a subject matter expert on mobile applications, including their frameworks and technical aspects. The position requires a deep understanding of Copilot and Prompt Engineering.Key Responsibilities* Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product based on user research and business partner feedback.* Act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of mobile application products, including technical details and underlying data.* Drive product development, adoption, and expansion across various business lines.* Lead and manage a team to deliver new functionality and products on schedule.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and delegating tasks effectively.* Communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education is required.**Experience:** A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical product owner or business analyst role within a project-based environment is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading people and delivering products is also necessary. Previous success working in a dynamic environment and proficiency in managing multiple projects is expected.**Technical Skills:** A strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies is required, with working experience in tools like Jira. Candidates must be fluent in technology with a strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies. A deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineering is mandatory.**Professional Skills:** The role requires strong presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
