We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution for an aftermarket In-Cab AI Assistant platform for heavy equipment. The solution includes dedicated compute, a secondary display, voice-first interaction, machine integration, grounded Q&A, and connected-device capabilities such as OTA updates, logging, and diagnostics. This role is responsible for driving alignment across engineering, product, QA, suppliers, and program leadership to deliver program milestones while managing scope, risks, dependencies, and technical coordination. Responsibilities Lead program planning, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination across architecture, development, QA, integration, and supplier activities. Coordinate delivery across the workstreams defined for the program, including compute platform, audio, display, machine interface, asset data, and device management. Manage program scope, schedule, milestones, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decision tracking. Drive weekly delivery reviews, status reporting, and escalation of critical-path issues. Partner with the Architect / Technical Lead to align technical decisions with program priorities, milestones, and release readiness. Ensure discovery outputs, delivery artifacts, test evidence, and release deliverables are planned and tracked to completion. Support backlog refinement, planning, and execution discipline to keep teams focused on MDP, MVP, and production readiness goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering program delivery. Experience managing cross-functional software or embedded systems programs involving multiple engineering disciplines. Strong experience with program planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and executive status reporting. Experience coordinating technical teams across architecture, development, testing, and integration activities. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including suppliers and leadership teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience driving execution in fast-moving programs with evolving requirements and tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing embedded, connected-device, automotive, industrial, robotics, or heavy-equipment programs. Familiarity with AI-enabled products, voice systems, or HMI-driven applications. Experience working with programs involving OTA, diagnostics, device management, or machine/system integration. Familiarity with quality evidence, validation planning, and release readiness processes. Experience managing external vendors or hardware/software integration partners.
