Technical Project Manager Reli. is a growing eCommerce company specializing in daily goods for businesses and consumers. We operate across multiple eCommerce channels, including major marketplaces and our own direct-to-consumer Shopify storefront. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily and support over 1,000,000+ unique customers, including brands such as Marvel, Domino's, and Lululemon. We are a fast-moving, execution-driven organization that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Our Operations & Programs (O&P) team exists to make execution predictable, scalable, and low-friction across the company. Reli. is headquartered in Cerritos, CA and operates on a hybrid schedule. In-office collaboration days are Tuesday and Thursday. We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own delivery on cross-functional initiatives that span Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business teams. You'll be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear scope, keeping teams aligned, and shipping outcomes on time without drama. You will not be required to code, but we expect technical skills and aptitude to work within this environment. What You'll Own Delivery: Run multiple cross-functional projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, sequencing, and shipping. Anticipate risks before they become blockers. Drive decisions when teams stall. Translation: Bridge engineering, data, and business stakeholders. Turn vague asks into clear requirements. Make sure everyone leaves the room with the same understanding of what's getting built and why. Documentation and communication: Produce clean, useful project documentation including confluence pages, SOPs, flow diagrams, status reports, that the next person can actually use. Tailor updates to the audience: tactical for the team, signal-only for execs. Cross-functional leadership: Build trust across Product, Advertising, Supply Chain, Data & Automation, Operations, and People & Culture. Push when needed, listen when needed, and keep momentum without burning relationships. What We're Looking For 3-6+ years in project or program management Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a status update that an exec will actually read Comfort working alongside technical teams (engineering, data, automation); you don't need to write code or SQL, but you should be able to follow a technical discussion and ask the right questions Basic knowledge and understanding of eCommerce platforms and online retail environments Comfort with dashboards and spreadsheets; willingness to learn new tools quickly Structured problem-solving and a default toward writing things down Genuine curiosity; you learn new domains fast Track record of leading cross-functional projects from kickoff to close Tools You'll Use Project & workflow: Asana, JIRA, Confluence Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Otter Documentation: SOPs, project charters, flow diagrams Familiarity with BI dashboards is a plus, but not required Why Reli.
