Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct

We aim to know you and help you within a culture that welcomes diverse beliefs and perspectives. CLA is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Sage Intacct to join the CLA Digital Team. The role leads staff development, business planning, and fiscal budgeting; develops and administers the business software consulting practice within the region and updates strategies and guidelines for delivery of business software solutions to firm clients. Responsibilities Business Software Services: Serve as a strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team; articulate complex topics; coordinate and/or resolve software issues directly with clients or as an expert resource for the team; oversee technical aspects of development and implementation of business software solutions for clients. Managing Engagements: Monitor action plans for multiple projects; delegate assignments based on team strengths; work with the Business Software Services Manager to review, correct course, and provide quality assurance; proactively seek opportunities to build relationships through marketing or networking; leverage relationships to promote services, generate referrals, and build new client relationships. Managing Operations: Coordinate with local offices to ensure understanding of new initiatives and alignment with delivery capabilities; develop improvement programs to enhance consulting capabilities and grow services. Must have technical Sage Intacct experience. Qualifications 4 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions. 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (combination of education, experience, and training may be considered equivalent). Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred.
