Qualified candidates will be selected immediately for our next paid training class.

PAID PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Training begins:

Monday, July 13
9:00 AM 4:00 PM

Training concludes:

Thursday
9:00 AM 4:00 PM

Friday you'll report to the showroom and begin your new career.

Attendance is mandatory.

No late arrivals.
No early departures.
No missed training days.

Failure to complete 100% of training will result in removal from the hiring process.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE

Automotive sales experience (preferred but not required)

Internet sales or BDC experience

Social media marketing or content creation experience

Restaurant, bartender, hospitality or high-end customer service backgrounds

Excellent communication skills

High energy and a winning attitude

Professional appearance

Strong work ethic

Competitive mindset

Desire to earn well into six figures

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles

Handle internet and digital leads

Follow up with customers

Create engaging short-form video content

Build your own personal brand through social media

Represent Toyota of Katy with professionalism both online and in person

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

NON-NEGOTIABLE EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

A 100% clean background check

A clean driving record

A valid driver's license

A high school diploma or equivalent

The ability to pass all pre-employment requirements

Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for employment.

SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENT

This is a modern automotive sales position.

You must be comfortable appearing on camera, creating videos, participating in social media marketing, and building customer relationships through digital platforms.

All content created during employment as part of your assigned job duties remains the property of the dealership and may be used for advertising, marketing, recruiting, training, and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
