Traders Assistant - Leading Hedge Fund - New York - Hybrid Working A global multi-billion alternative hedge fund, focused on Fixed Income and Equity derivatives strategies, is looking to hire a TA to join its high-performing New York team. The role involves working closely with Portfolio Managers and traders, providing end-to-end trade support including real-time booking, lifecycle management, and issue resolution, while acting as a key point of contact for risk and trade-related queries. The position also focuses on maintaining robust risk controls, driving process improvements through automation, and overseeing P&L and valuations, including analysing movements and supporting daily sign-off. Applicants should have 4–8 years of experience within fixed income or Equity trade support, TA, or valuations, gained at an investment bank or buy-side firm. Strong Python skills are highly advantageous to support automation initiatives.
