This is not a desk-only project management role. The ideal candidate is comfortable being on-site, managing shifting priorities, coordinating crews and deliveries, solving field issues in real-time, and helping to keep complex civil and modular construction work moving safely and efficiently. Assist with civil‑site coordination, equipment placement, deliveries, logistics, and daily field execution. Support planning and execution around modular building placement, generator installation, chiller installation, conduit work, rack deliveries, and other critical site activities. Help manage a high volume of deliveries, equipment movement, and changing site conditions. Identify field issues early and work with leadership to keep the project moving safely and on schedule. Maintain a strong safety presence and ensure work is performed in accordance with site requirements. Operate site equipment when needed and authorized, including skid steers, forklifts, and lulls. Requirements What We Are Looking For 7+ years of construction project management, field management, superintendent, or site leadership experience. Strong experience supporting civil, sitework, industrial, commercial, mission‑critical, modular, utility, or large‑scale construction projects. Hands‑on equipment experience with a skid steer, forklift, and lull/telehandler is required. Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, schedules, and installation documentation. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and project leadership. Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments. Why This Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a growing modular data center construction program supporting major, high‑profile projects. You will work in a highly active field environment where your ability to stay organized, make sound decisions, and help keep work moving will have a direct impact on project success. If you are a travel‑ready construction leader who is comfortable managing civil‑site activity, coordinating equipment and deliveries, and stepping into a fast‑moving job site environment, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
