Treasury Client Services Prof III

Summary As the treasury management team, we engage directly with clients, providing market insights and best practices on areas such as treasury optimization, reducing fraud risk, working capital benchmarking, and industry-leading trends. We define strategic goals and develop holistic strategies, using a proactive approach to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. Responsibilities You will independently manage complex Treasury client accounts, ensuring accurate setup and functionality. You will review and verify legal and regulatory documentation for new and existing account openings. You will collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve documentation issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, updating clients promptly per the End-of-Day Directive. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems and improve processes. You will build strong client relationships through proactive outreach, fraud prevention, and training. You will mentor junior team members and continuously expand your product and system knowledge. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor’s preferred) and 4 years’ experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Banking regulations Treasury products/service Advanced Excel and Word experience Advanced oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors and peers. Advanced conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide resolution to problems of moderate complexity.
