Be Part of a High-Performing Automation Team This role sits within an established RPA Community of Service supporting a high-volume Sales vertical with a strong pipeline of planned deliveries and ongoing enhancements. The team is focused on building scalable, well-governed automations that integrate with core enterprise platforms, including SAP. The environment favors hands‑on, heads‑down developers who enjoy solving real business problems through clean, reliable automation. This position runs in tandem with an internal full-time hire and plays a key role in accelerating delivery across multiple sales‑driven initiatives. What’s In Store For You Contract engagement with the potential to extend based on project demand Hybrid work environment with in‑office collaboration 2–3 days per week Opportunity to work on multiple concurrent RPA initiatives with real business impact Exposure to enterprise‑scale automation standards, governance, and shared components How You Will Make an Impact Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath-based RPA solutions aligned to enterprise best practices Build and enhance automations supporting the Sales organization , including integrations with SAP Collaborate with IT and business partners to identify automation candidates and improve existing processes Contribute reusable components and patterns to the shared RPA library Write and maintain technical documentation for automations and components Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automations to improve reliability and performance Participate in support and maintenance activities as required by the team Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in RPA Development? Strong hands‑on experience developing automations using UiPath (primary technology) Solid foundation in Robotic Process Automation concepts, design principles, and best practices Proficiency in at least one high‑level programming language such as Java or C# Experience automating against enterprise systems such as SAP Familiarity with SDLC practices, including development, testing, deployment, and support Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient, scalable automations Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with Java + Selenium in support of automation use cases Exposure to Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop Familiarity with integration formats such as JSON, XML, or EDI RPA certification (UiPath or equivalent) Experience working in Agile or matrixed delivery environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
