The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical, operational, financial, and population health decisions are based on trusted, well-governed, and actionable data. This role involves leading the evolution to advanced analytics, including predictive and prescriptive models, and the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. The VP will also be tasked with promoting a strong data foundation and analytics culture, establishing data governance frameworks, and leading a multidisciplinary team to foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare analytics, data, or decision support. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare data domains and regulatory requirements, as well as experience in data warehousing, database applications, and data extraction methods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing data reporting and analytics across a multi-functional organization and experience in the healthcare, behavioral health, or social service fields. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and management skills are essential, as is the ability to work with confidential information and manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
