Vice President of Technology – Financial Services Studio
Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end technology strategy and delivery for assigned Financial Services accounts
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders (technical and non‑technical)
Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and leading solution design as the solution owner
Ensure the quality, scalability, and technical excellence of all engagements
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership
Engage with Enterprise Architects and global technology leaders across presales and delivery phases
Lead strategic planning initiatives, defining priorities, roadmaps, and timelines aligned with business and financial goals
Oversee complex, global, full‑lifecycle technology programs, ensuring successful execution
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, including timeline, budget, and team performance
Drive delivery of high‑quality outcomes aligned with client expectations and SLAs
Identify and mitigate delivery and operational risks, ensuring proactive resolution
Qualifications
Proven experience in technology leadership roles within Financial Services
Deep domain expertise in one or more of the following:
Corporate Banking
Payments
Global Markets
Retail Banking
Strong experience engaging with Enterprise Architecture teams and global stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale, complex, global delivery programs
Strong commercial mindset, with experience driving growth and identifying new business opportunities
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working across distributed global teams (including LATAM and India)
Location & Travel
Preferred location: New York Metropolitan area or Columbus, Ohio
Expected to be on client site: 3 days per week
Willingness to travel across the U.S. and collaborate with global teams in Latin America and India
