We are currently seeking a dependable and efficient Material Handler to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all materials, buildouts, and supplies are correctly received, inspected, organized, and distributed to meet project timelines. Who You Are
Reliable and organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Familiar with warehouse safety procedures and material handling equipment
Able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment safely
Proficient in inventory systems and comfortable with basic documentation tasks
Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and timelines
Forklift certified or willing to become certified (preferred)
What You’ll Do
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, quality, and accuracy of delivered materials
Label and organize buildout materials and supplies in designated warehouse locations
Assist with picking and staging materials for delivery or installation
Support logistics with loading and unloading trailers in a timely and organized manner
Communicate shortages or damages to the warehouse lead or logistics team immediately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in all warehouse and loading areas
Track material movements and update inventory logs as needed
Assist with cutting, prepping, or packaging buildout materials per project requirements
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (with certification)
Support logistics and warehouse teams with additional tasks as assigned
What’s in it for you?
Pay: $22-23/hour (based on experience)
