Primary Responsibilities:Manage all financial and administrative aspects of projects, including subcontract review, buyout, change orders, work orders, estimating scope review, and invoicing.Lead or facilitate OAC, project, and coordination meetings, providing timely notes and feedback.Complete projects on time consistently.Deliver projects in a manner that secures repeat business.Review and comment in detail on pertinent submittals, samples, and shop drawings, delegating reviews to assistant pr
