Responsibilities • Lead the planning and construction phase of the plant, work scope include but not limit to: Design a proper organization structure, support the hiring of the key positions, deploy the standard operating processes, ensure the processes in place to get all relevant permits. • Drive the organization in achieving agreed operational performance/budgets, ensuring the achievement of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Plant Targets of: Safety Performance, Quality Performance
