Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food prep tasks under the direction of kitchen staff
Portion, label, and store food items according to safety and rotation standards
Keep workstations, equipment, and prep areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools using proper procedures
Take out trash, recycling, and compost in accordance with site protocols
Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries
