The Diocese of Stockton has a full-time, non-exempt administrative assistant position available.
This position provides bi-lingual administrative and clerical support for the office of the School of Ministry. Major responsibilities include responding to inquiries in a timely manner, prepares, edits, and proofreads various correspondence, assists with program events, including designing layouts for flyers, training courses, classes, processing submissions of faculty accounts payables and reimbursements, assists as backup receptionist for Pastoral Center as needed, data and records management, webpage management. Qualifications: high school degree or equivalent, 4-5 years of successful office experience, experience with Excel, Publisher and Microsoft Word, Office 365, excellent verbal and written bi-lingual skills (English and Spanish). This is a 35 hour/week position with an excellent benefit package. Salary range $20 - $25 per hour.
