JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Development & Support Assistant for Northern Plains, you will be part of an engaged, supportive, and dedicated team working to make change happen at the grassroots level. You will provide critical support to every part of our organization and be part of the infrastructure that supports a statewide network of active and engaged Montanans. Tasks for this position will range from reception and front-line administration to providing critical support to governance, fundraising, and program teams.

We are a team of hard-working, dedicated individuals who honor and promote a healthy work/life balance. Our casual office environment is full of natural light, outbursts of laughter, and frequently visited by our furry, four-legged friends.

We value the health of our staff and members and adjust our operations in accordance with public health best practices.

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and sit, stand or walk for long periods of time

This position is represented by Teamsters Local 190 and its terms and conditions are subject to negotiation between Northern Plains and the Union.

This is a permanent, in-office, position.
