Java Developer
Position Details: Job Title: Java Developer Location: NC (Initially Remote) Duration: Contract Client: Direct Client Job Description: We're looking for product-aware, passionate, inquisitive, and responsible engineers to help build and deliver the best web experience to our customers. The ideal candidate is deeply entrenched in web development, with a passion for leveraging the right tools and frameworks to guide the development of stable, robust, and resilient apps that best serve our customer base! Responsibility: 70-80% Backend. Preference for Angular on front end, but front-end experience really isn't required. Sybase and/or Postgres experience is a nice to have. 5-7 years of IT experience in design, development, integration, and testing of software solutions based on J2EE technologies including servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), and JDBC. 5-7 years of experience with relational databases, preferably Sybase and/or Postgres including mapping frameworks such as Mybatis or JPA. 2-3 years of experience with managing, building, and deploying code through tools including GIT, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins. 2-3 years of experience with using automated testing frameworks and mock oriented testing (Junit, Mockito)
