JOB DESCRIPTION :

Experience Required

  • 4 years' of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry
  • Experience in Manufacturing operations as a program manager
  • Experience in managing projects that require changes/improvements to people, process, and/or technology
  • Demonstrated program management skill, knowledge, and application
  • Exposure to LIMS, Labware, either through direct experience, or via a role in manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the refinement of the project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define a full scale project plan with tasks through collaboration with functional representatives
  • Identify appropriate resources for each task through collaboration with functional representatives
  • Facilitate project discussions to ensure progress and identify appropriate team actions and risks
  • Create and manage project artifacts during all phases of the project (charter, project plan, close out report, etc)
  • Resolve project issues through escalation to business lead/sponsors.
  • Track project deliverables through appropriate tools and framework; report to all project stakeholders

Generic Managerial Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (in English, both verbal & written)
  • Protect confidential information
  • Cultural sensitivities and experience in handling diverse cultures
  • Team player with a high Customer focus
  • Good negotiation skills with internal stakeholders
