Senior SAP IBP and S4HANA Solution Architect and Lead Inventory Optimization Process Apply
- 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP APO and ERP with a focus on Supply Planning IO and DRP (Heuristics)
- 2+ years of SAP IBP and S/4HANA experience in network level supply planning Inventory Optimization
- 5+ years of project/program experience
- Experience as Solution Architect experience in leading a team for end to end development and implementation
- Expertise in network level supply planning and inventory optimization
- Experience in Supply Planning solution evaluations
- Understanding of master data needed for DRP and IO
- Familiarity or exposure to business and technical processes of upstream demand planning and inventory management and downstream production scheduling and replenishment planning processes
- Experience with planning and forecasting for large projects and programs
- 5+ years of project/program experience
Tools used for support:
- Nice to have knowledge of SAP SolMan, Azure DevOps, ALM, ARIS
Other skills:
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFE
- Lead CPG FMCG customer IT team for implementation and deployment of Inventory Optimization, Distr. Requirements Planning Solution (DRP) for Global deployment across North America.

- Ability to provide IT knowledge to enable common global designs, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery and governance of solution capabilities.
- Expertise in discovery, solution design and build, deployment, and optimization.
- Experience in solution evaluation.
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities
- Collaborate with all process (value stream) teams to implement and deploy.
- Manage process of Deployment using agile. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvement
