We are looking for an Associate, Licensing to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You:
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment?
  • Customer service minded with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks?
As the Associate, Licensing you will keep all client vehicles legal and on the road by renewing registrations for vehicles that require renewal. You will pull reports for upcoming renewals, follow up with agents to keep timelines set, counsel vendors on expectations, and control processes to make sure client expectations are being met.
A Day in the Life
  • Manage and follow-up on open Title and or Registration Transactions to ensure completion by the required time line
  • Complete research and solve issues that impact vehicle Title and or Registration
  • Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal partners to ensure completion of renewals
  • Update the Title and or Registration system with accurate, status information within 24 hours
  • Demonstrates teamwork by sharing knowledge and assisting fellow team members when need arises
  • Maintain, update, and follow Re-registration processing procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred
  • In-office document processing experience
  • Title experience preferred
  • MS Office proficient in the following
    • Excel ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data
    • Word ability to create documents
*Please note that this role requires the ability to work in our Owings Mills, MD office, 5 days a week- Monday - Friday*
