Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL DBA
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States
This is a Contract to Hire role
The candidate must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.

Job Description
- 2 to 4 years of experience with PL/SQL development with Oracle or equivalent databases
- 2 to 4 years of experience with Oracle Database Administration activities such as installation, configuration, and patching on Linux/AWS RDS
- Experience should include performance tuning, storage management, back-up, and recovery, managing schemas, report generation and DB clustering technologies
- Practical experience of ORACLE in a production RAC (ASM) environment (11gR2/19c)
- RMAN Optimization Setup Oracle Data Guard and troubleshot data sync issues
- Provides technical support to application development teams. The DBA is usually the point of contact for Oracle Corporation for any SRs to resolve
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills
- Willing to learn/adapt to new database technologies
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud database services like AWS Aurora (Postgres/MySQL) is a plus
- Experience with Oracle Golden Gate is plus
Note:
- 60% > of the role will be administrative with 40% < development.
