Summary
Planning and Operations - Responsible for ensuring all major construction projects are carried out in accordance with the time and specifications in the contract. Reports to Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Create a punch list and communicate with the shop on a regular basis to ensure that the project is completed on time, Coordinate with internal and external teams on project updates, schedules, and completion.
- Maintain constant contact with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Architects, Customers, balance the priorities at the shop and customers.
- Oversee the project at all stages (proposals, drawings, order placement, schedule, design, completion).
- Participates in project status meetings and contributes to problem-solving efforts.
- Reviews installed cabinetry to ensure we meets quality standards communicated.
- Provide outstanding customer service that fosters long-term relationships.
- Review and redline drawings to ensure they meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP system Innergy is a PLUS!
- Project management certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Results-driven with excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of cabinet construction terminology (Face Frame, Euro, Semi Euro).
- 3-5 years of construction, custom casework, cabinetry, or architectural millwork project management experience.
- Dynamic and strong leadership with a vision for growth and a willingness to take on new challenges responsibilities.
