QA Automation Engineer Apply
Role: QA-Automation Engineer
Location: Local to Hartford, CT; (DL is mandatory)
Visa: USC & GC Only
Not wanting senior> intermediates only.
Looking for a Test Automation QE with JMeter, Selenium, Winium, and Gauge or similar tools. This 6MO CTH Hybrid is required, no relocation
3-5 years of Hands-On Automation experience required using JavaScript, UI, and Service automation. JavaScript -BDD/TDD/DDD Using Cucumber. Angular UI, and PCF Cloud, .Net is current platforms.
Microservices Testing using JMeter, Postman, SOAP UI, and SQL Query for Data Validation.
Need to have> CI/CD Pipeline, Software Dev background (SDET). They currently do Monthly Releases and part of an agile Team doing PI Planning- 1QE to 4 Dev/Engineers on a Team…this is a challenge if not good with automation.
Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Three years of programming/development experience preferred.
- Experience using test automation tools such as: JMeter, Selenium Winium & Gauge or similar tools.
- Software development experience preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript, UI and service automation.
- Agile experience is preferred.
- CI/CD experience is preferred.
- Database validations experience using SQL queries is also preferred.
- Communication - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely interact with team members, document work in a clear, easy to follow manner, collaborate well with team members, and ask the right questions to ensure clarification, and listen when others are speaking.
